廠房面積28000m2，員工約238人，產(chǎn)品100%出口，銷往日本，美國(guó)，澳洲，新西蘭和歐盟。
公司管理體系和食品安全體系，通過了ISO22000及FSSC22000雙認(rèn)證。
Xiamen Ming-pak plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1994,with 238 employees currently in our 28000m2 factory.
Our business model is to implement the highest management standards,together with an honest approach,we strive to do our best to meet the needs of our diverse clienteles.
All of our products are exported to countries such as Japan, USA, Australia, New Zealand and countries in the European Union.
Our company has ascertained ISO22000 and FSSC22000 certification in food safety management.

押出部門 EXTRUSION WORKSHOP
擁有配備印刷機(jī)連機(jī)印刷生產(chǎn)的單層、雙層和三層吹膜生產(chǎn)線43條，提供HDPE，LDPE，LLDPE，HD/LD等薄膜。月產(chǎn)量1100mt。
We have 43 extruders all equipped with printing machines that can produce single layer film as well as double and triple layers co-ex film.
Film types includes HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, HD/LD and other thin films. Monthly capacity is 1100MT.
単層?二層?三層のインライン印刷付きインフレー機(jī)は計(jì)43臺(tái)です。材質(zhì)はHDPE、LDPE、LLDPE、HD/LDを製造しております。製造キャパシティーは約1,100トン/月です。

印刷部門 PRINTING WORKSHOP
為了滿足產(chǎn)品對(duì)印刷品質(zhì)的更高要求，另配備了4臺(tái)中速及高速，電腦自動(dòng)追蹤套色印刷機(jī)。
We are equipped with 4 extra high speed computerized printers to meet the extra requirements of higher printing standards.
ハイレベルの印刷仕様に対応できるように、コンピューター付きのオフラインの中速/高速自動(dòng)印刷機(jī)は計(jì)4臺(tái)を配置しております。
制袋部門 CUTTING WORKSHOP
配備了邊封類，底封類，背心類，軟手挽及分條類等各種制袋設(shè)備108臺(tái)。
We have 108 sets of equipment that can produce a variety of bags including side sealing,bottom sealing,shopping bag and soft loop handle bags.
各タイプを製造する製袋機(jī)は計(jì)108臺(tái)です。
クリーンルーム CLEAN ROOM
為了滿足對(duì)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境有更高要求的需要，另設(shè)有正壓Clean room制袋車間。
We have a cleanroom for the production of bags to meet stringent cleanliness and quality standard required.
より良い製造環(huán)境を求めるために、クリーンルームを?qū)毪吩O(shè)立しました(一部)。
品質(zhì)管理 QUALITY CONTROL
嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行ISO22000和FSSC22000體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同時(shí)，結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)豐富的檢查經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將產(chǎn)品總檢驗(yàn)率提升到75%，大大加強(qiáng)了對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督與管控。
In addition to adhering to the implementation of the ISO22000 and FSSC22000 standards,we have on site quality control and supervision as well as increased our product inspection rate to 75% in order to meet our strict quality requirements.
ISO22000(品質(zhì)管理)、FSSC22000(食品安全管理)を?qū)g施している當(dāng)時(shí)に、製品の総検査率を75%にアップし、より良い品質(zhì)管理を強(qiáng)化します。
環(huán)境保護(hù) ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
多年來積極響應(yīng)全球保護(hù)環(huán)境的號(hào)召，努力推廣并且不斷的擴(kuò)大使用有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)的材料，如BRASKEM，EPI，以及生物全降解原料。
印刷耗材方面已100%使用，全新環(huán)保型墨材及溶劑，為減少VOC排放略盡棉力。
Over the years,we have actively responded to the call of global environmental protection,and made efforts to promote and continuously expand the use of environmentally friendly materials,such as BRASKEM,EPI,and biodegradable materials.
In order to reduce VOC emissions,our printing consumables are all environmentally friendly ink materials and solvents.
バイオポリエチレンと環(huán)境に優(yōu)しい印刷用インキを?qū)毪肥褂盲筏皮辘蓼?。揮発性有機(jī)化合物の減少に取り込みます。
